GENDER EQUALITY CERTIFICATION

For Jobcode, every person has a value. Everyone is the same, but everyone is different, and for us everyone is important in their uniqueness. 
That is why we have always been committed to valuing people, without discrimination.
In order to live this philosophy in practice, we had ourselves tested by an external certifier, obtaining the certification for gender equality, recently introduced by the legislation. 
This certification, of which we are very proud, is not a point of arrival, but a further step along a journey that involves our company, our employees, but also all our customers, partners and friends. 
Because equality starts with a sympathetic look at others, without prejudice or distinctions of any kind.

ISAE 3402 TYPE II CERTIFICATE

We achieved another important goal: we obtained ISAE 3402 Type II. 
It is an important acknowledgement that guarantees outsourced managed hosting solutions and involves verifying that the control procedures of service companies are carried out appropriately. 
An evaluation – over a period of 12 consecutive months – of the operational effectiveness of the controls. The certificate not only includes a description of the service company's system, but also a detailed test of the design and operational effectiveness of the service company's control procedures.
