Jobcode supports customers in managing industrial relations and work organisation issues.
We specialise in managing processes of company mergers, demergers and transfers. We assist customers in managing company crises and applications for redundancy arrangements, staff-reduction and cost-saving operations through all instruments made available by legislation, including collective redundancies, individual dismissals and early retirement of personnel. 
Our scope of intervention also covers negotiating and drafting second-level agreements and/or company regulations, the preparation of company welfare and performance bonus plans, and the management of amendments to the applicable collective agreement.

Through our membership in the HLB International Network, we support our customers on a daily basis in managing global labour mobility.
Whether it is a question of sending or seconding a worker abroad or hiring them directly in a foreign country, we can guarantee highly professionalised local support.
At the same time, we offer the service of opening and managing recruitment in Italy for foreign employers without a permanent establishment in Italy, providing support for all HR needs, including benefits management and support for expatriate staff.
On a daily basis, we handle taxation and social security coverage issues on an international level, suggesting the best solutions to ensure the most effective solution for workers with the least impact on labour costs.

Our style is always to try to provide solutions. The regulatory update service we provide to our customers and the opinions we prepare on individual cases stand out not only for how comprehensively we examine the legislation, but above all for the proposal of solutions and for our more practical than theoretical approach. We like to share with our customers the effort and challenge of making decisions, weighing up risks and benefits, in a regulatory world where we often no longer simply say what is correct and what is not.
This includes sending out a regular newsletter (written in Italian, English and Chinese), but above all a focus on the customer and the specific needs of each company with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for news that may be of interest to the individual customer.

We wish they did not happen, but when an inspection is due or a dispute arises, only orderly and professional management can make a difference. That is why we always take the lead in these cases, supporting the customer and suggesting the solutions we consider best. Our nationwide presence allows us to provide hands-on support in all disputes or inspections. We have strong relationships with both trade unions and social security institutions that consolidate our experience in the field and often make it possible to settle disputes out of court that could lead to lengthy proceedings and significant legal costs if not dealt with immediately in a clear and professional manner. 

Our professionals are able to certify labour costs and also issue the Contribution Certification (ASSE.CO) for client companies. Jobcode also normally carries out Due Diligence activities in support of mergers and acquisitions, in close cooperation with major financial advisory firms and large international law firms, or even at the customer's simple request for certification purposes or for internal audits. 
The particular attention paid by the inspection and investigating authorities to the fairness of labour relations, not only with regard to direct employees but also with regard to those of suppliers, whether they are seconded, temporary, contracted or simply outsourced, has made it crucial for the entrepreneur to take a different approach to managing relations with suppliers. Jobcode has built up extensive experience in supporting customers, and more generally companies, in the audits necessary to ensure the proper management of labour relations by suppliers, particularly for those labour-intensive activities such as logistics, cleaning and security services, but also in certain sectors with a high risk of controls such as haute couture. 

Our professionals have strong experience as Technical Consultants in various locations and in different work-related fields. In particular, we have acted as a Party-Appointed Technical Consultant in disputes concerning relations with employees, agents, tenders and joint and several liability.

Jobcode has extensive experience in social security consulting, which we offer to both individuals and employers as an opportunity to explore increasingly complex and varied issues with key employees. We believe that this area will be increasingly important as careers become more and more fragmented across different managements and countries. This is why we support our customers in verifying their individual pension position, establishing possible retirement dates, arrangements and amounts. Reconciliations between different social security schemes, redemption of degrees or other periods and international aggregations are the topics on which we give added value to the customer. Thanks to our partnership with the Italian patronage EPACA, we are also able to submit pension applications or any other file on behalf of customers, interfacing directly with INPS, INAIL and other social security institutions.
